Three Coast Guacamole

Aka Lance's easy guacamole

Pick 3 to 6 premium avocados.  Still a little firm - not mushy.
Cut in half and carve out the avocado in a medium size bowl.
Mash with a 'tado-masher.
Add spices:
Garlic
Salt and Pepper OR  preferably add Tony's Cajun spice (in the big green can)
Add generous amount of PACE "hot" (red label) Picante sauce
Optional ingredients: Diced tomatoes
Optional "ol' wife's tale" ingredients:
   Lemon juice and/or an avocado pit is supposed to slow the browning effect (static ovocadamus oxidation), however there is no clinical evidence to support this.  I recommend eating it faster.

Serve with corn tortilla chips
