Sunday Night Pizza

Stumped for what to serve on Sunday nights?

Dough and Ingredients

Pizza Properly Prepared (prior to oven).

Magnifico!

Water:    1 cup at about 105 F (baby bath water warm)

Flour:     about 2 cups, enough to comfortably work into the water

Sugar:    1 teaspoon

Yeast:    1 Packet

1 8oz can of tomato sauce, 1 can of anchovies, as much garlic as you can get on the pizza, pepperoni, and what ever else you'd like.

Directions:

Dissolve room temperature yeast in water and sugar.  Add enough flour to make a good 'workable' dough.  Put on floured counter and work dough. No need to destroy dough, your not making bread.  Place in greased bowl and allow to rise. Punch down and allow to rise another 20 minutes or so.

Turn oven to at least 450 F.  Form dough into circle (like a pizza) if possible. It's ok to roll the dough out on the counter but make sure you have flour under the dough. Otherwise you'll have a to start over again- dough adheres nicely to kitchen counters.

Put on cookie sheet or pizza stone and put on your selected ingredients. It's important to put the pepperoni's on LAST so the curl up.

Cook 15-20 minutes or until done.  Let cool and cut.
